How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are generally dispatched within 3-10 working days. Please note that dispatch times can vary depending on stock levels. All pre-order items are dispatched when back in stock. You can see when the items are back in stock on the product pages. Generally within 4 weeks. Please note that dispatch times are not including in delivery times.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are generally delivered within 3-14 working days after they have been dispatched.

How do I make a return?

Please contact us with your order number number if you wish to return your items. Due to the nature of the products, we can only accept unopened, sealed items, if you return your order and your items have been opened, please note that we will be unable to accept the return.

How do I request a refund?

Please contact us quoting your order number to request a refund. Please note that if you do not quote your order number, it will take longer for us to get back to you and could delay in the refund being processed. If you have paid by credit/debit card, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear back onto your original method of payment. If you have paid by paypal, refunds are generally instant but can also take up to 7 working days to be returned depending how you funded the payment initially.

My order has not arrived

We have to follow the postal guidelines and are unable to open up a dispute with the postal services until a minimum of 28 days have elapsed from the date of your order being dispatched. Therefore, we ask you to wait up to 28 days before we can look further into this for you. Orders are generally delivered within 3-14 days after they have been dispatched. Note that although your order maybe marked as dispatched, it does not necessarily mean it has entered the postal network as orders are packed and collected every other day to be delivered. Therefore we allow additional time for orders to be delivered as there maybe a delay of up to 2 days for the postal services to collect the orders from the date it has been marked as dispatched.

Order status showing as cancelled

If your order status is showing as cancelled, it means that there was no stock available within your order that we were able to dispatch within the timescale of sending out the order. If your order is marked as cancelled, you will automatically be refunded, please refer to our refunds section for more information on how long it takes for refunds to be returned.

I have only received part of my order

If you have only received part of your order, it means that we have sent out whatever part of it was in stock and the remaining part of your order will be dispatched when next available. If you decide that you do not want the remaining part of your order then please contact us stating your order number and we can cancel the outstanding items on your order.

I have tried emailing but have not received a reply

We are putting our resources into getting as many orders dispatched as we can in the time we have therefore our admin team is currently being used to help with these logistics. We aim to respond to emails within 3-5 working days however it could be longer. If you have emailed a query and not provided your order number, note that it will take longer for us to get back to you. 

I placed an order and have changed my mind, how do I cancel?

Please contact us stating your order number and we will cancel your order within 48 hours. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be applied back onto your original method of payment, please refer to our refunds section for more information.

How long does it take to be refunded?

If you have paid by credit/debit card, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear back onto your original method of payment from the date of the refund being applied. If you have paid by PayPal, refunds are generally instant but can also take up to 7 working days to be returned depending how you funded the payment initially.
